AS-GEN-1 is a versatile alkaline ultrasonic cleaning concentrate developed for general heavy-duty cleaning. Designed to tackle the toughest impurities, it removes dust, dirt, oil, grease, carbon residues, and industrial soils. Optimized for ultrasonic cavitation, its low-foaming formula delivers fast, even cleaning results across a wide range of applications.

How to Use (Fixed 4% Dilution)
Standard mix: add 4% concentrate to water.
Example 1: for 1 liter of water, add 0.04 L (40 mL) of AS-GEN.
Example 2: for 25 liters of water, add 1 liter of AS-GEN.
Temperature: best results between 40–60 °C.
Cycle time: typically 10–30 minutes, depending on soil level and material.
Rinsing: rinse all cleaned items thoroughly with clean/DI water.
