Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaners, AS-METALPASS effectively restores shine and protects surfaces of steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and non-ferrous alloys.

How to Use
Ultrasonic Cleaning (2% Dilution)
- Standard mix: Add 2% concentrate to tap water.
- Example 1: For 1 L of water, add 20 mL of AS-METALPASS.
- Example 2: For 50 L of water, add 1 L of AS-METALPASS.
- Temperature: 30–80 °C.
- Cycle time: 10–30 minutes depending on soil level.
Passivation (10% Dilution)
- Mix: Add 10% concentrate to tap water.
- Example: For 10 L of water, add 1 L of AS-METALPASS.
- Temperature: 30–80 °C.
- Time: 10–30 minutes (e.g., AISI 316 stainless steel – 20 min at 70 °C).
