All shipments are insured.
If a shipment is damaged, we will replace it.
The shipping costs can be seen in SHOPPING CART, by choosing the country and region for delivery.
The delivery time depends on the distance to desired address. All shipments are served to customers between 8:00 am and 1:00pm.
In case you are unreachable at first delivery, the delivery service will retry to deliver the package one more time before returning it to the seller.
The desired products can be picked up at the company’s HEADQUATERS, after previous arrangement.
BEFORE signing the proof of receipt, please check the goods and make sure that purchased item is not damaged in transport. If so, let us know immediately by providing signed official REPORT, where it must be clearly stated, that the goods were damaged at transport and PICTURES of packaging and the damage on the product.
The complaints which do not include the official signed report and pictures will not be considered.
