Shipping & Delivery

At ASONIC, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and reliably. All shipments are fully insured, so you can shop with complete peace of mind. In the rare case of damage during transport, we will replace the item after proper reporting.

To provide the best service across different regions, we cooperate with trusted couriers such as Overies Express, Packeta, DPD, GLS, and Dachser. The choice of courier depends on the delivery destination and the size of the shipment.

Processing & Dispatch

• Standard units in stock – usually shipped the same working day if the order is placed before our daily cut-off time.
• Special orders or larger units – we will notify you of the estimated shipping date before processing.

Delivery Times

• Domestic deliveries: usually within 1–3 working days.
• International deliveries: depend on the destination country and chosen courier service.

Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. If you are unavailable at the first attempt, the courier will retry delivery once more before returning the package to us.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment online until it arrives safely at your address.

Local Pickup

If you prefer, you can collect your order directly from our company headquarters. Please arrange this in advance with our team.

Important – Inspect Before Signing

Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully check the goods to make sure the item is not damaged during transport. If damage is present, please:

• Report it immediately to the courier.
• Provide an official signed report stating that the goods were damaged in transport.
• Take clear pictures of the packaging and the damaged product.

Complaints without an official signed report and photos cannot be considered.
