ASONIC AS-MLP-1 Ultrasonic Cleaning Detergent (1 L)
Multi-Purpose Ultrasonic Cleaner — Fixed 2–4% Dilution
AS-MLP-1 is a professional multi-purpose ultrasonic cleaning concentrate supplied in a 1 L bottle. It is less aggressive than heavy-duty cleaners like AS-GEN, making it suitable for delicate cleaning applications while still delivering excellent results. Formulated to remove oxidation, carbon, grease, dust, dirt, and light rust, its low-foaming chemistry supports ultrasonic cavitation for safe, effective cleaning of sensitive and robust materials alike.
Key Benefits
- Gentle yet effective — designed for multi-purpose cleaning without damaging materials.
- Removes a wide range of soils — oxidation, rust, carbon deposits, oil, grease, dust, and dirt.
- Safe on many materials — including iron, copper, tin, stainless steel, and other alloys.
- Ultrasonic-optimized — low-foam formula for consistent cavitation and stable bath conditions.
How to Use (Fixed 2–4% Dilution)
- Standard mix: add 2–4% concentrate to water.
- Example 1 (4%): for 1 liter of water, add 0.02–0.04 L (20–40 mL) of AS-MLP.

- Temperature: works best at 40–60 °C; effective even at lower temperatures.
- Cycle time: typically 10–30 minutes depending on contamination.
- Rinsing: rinse all items thoroughly with clean or deionized water after cleaning.
Typical Applications
- Workshops — general cleaning of tools, hardware, and mechanical components.
- Metal parts — iron, copper, tin, stainless steel, and similar alloys.
- Commercial use — multipurpose cleaning where delicate yet effective cleaning is required.
Material Compatibility & Safety
- Safe on: iron, copper, tin, stainless steel, and most alloys.
