Professional Cleaning Concentrate for Different Metals
AS-METAL-1 is a heavy-duty alkaline ultrasonic cleaning concentrate supplied in a 1 L bottle. It is specially developed for removing burnt-in dirt, oils, greases, lubricants, polishing residues, resins, waxes, and other industrial contaminants. With a pH above 13, it delivers powerful cleaning performance in ultrasonic cleaners for workshops, automotive, and industrial applications.
Removes Impurities Such As:
- Burnt-in dirt (heavy coking, oil carbon)
- Oils, greases, coolants, corrosion protection oils, lubricants
- Polishing and abrasive residues, adhesive residues, resins, waxes
- Bitumen, asphalt, metal abrasion, pigment dirt, soot, graphite
- Emulsifiers
Safe to Use On:
Aluminium, stainless steel, copper, steel, glass, plastics (PE/PP, PVC), EPDM, NBR, SBR.
Dosage
- Standard cleaning: dilute to 2% (20 mL per 1 L water; 1 L per 50 L water).
- Heavy contamination: increase to 3–5% as needed.
- Working temperature: 50–70 °C.
- Change bath regularly when dirty. Always rinse thoroughly after cleaning to avoid residues that can affect later painting or electroplating.

AS-METAL is highly effective for the auto-moto industry. Its strong alkaline nature (pH > 13) ensures deep cleaning of even the toughest contaminants.
Cleaning Process Description
Place items in ultrasonic cleaner basket. Fill tank with distilled water and correct dosage of AS-METAL. Fully submerge items. Heat bath to recommended temperature and run ultrasonic cycle depending on soiling. After cleaning, allow solution to cool, remove items carefully, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Replace bath once dirty.
