Professional Ecological Degreasing Cleaning Concentrate
AS-METALECO-1 is a neutral, aqueous-based ecological degreasing concentrate supplied in a 1 L bottle. It is designed to remove heavy oils, greases, lubricants, and industrial residues while remaining safe for sensitive surfaces. With a pH of 9.0–9.5, its low-foaming, biodegradable formulation ensures excellent cleaning in ultrasonic cleaners without harming materials or the environment.
Removes Impurities Such As:
- Greases and oils of all kinds
- Cooling lubricants, drilling, cutting and hydraulic oils
- Engine and corrosion protection oils, native greases, lubricant residues
- Chips, dust, and workshop contaminants
Safe to Use On:
Aluminium, stainless steel, glass, copper, PE/PP, PVC, steel, brass, cast iron, ceramics, and lacquered surfaces.
Dosage
- Standard cleaning: dilute to 2% (20 mL per 1 L water; 1 L per 50 L water).
- Heavy contamination: increase to up to 5% as needed.
- Working temperature: 40–75 °C.
- Replace solution when dirty and rinse items thoroughly with clean water after cleaning.

Cleaning Process Description
Place items in ultrasonic cleaner basket. Fill tank with distilled water and correct amount of AS-METALECO. Submerge items fully, heat bath to the desired temperature, and set ultrasonic timer based on soil level. After cycle, let bath cool, remove items carefully, and rinse thoroughly. Replace bath once dirty.
