Professional Ecological Degreasing Cleaning Concentrate
AS-METALECO-5 is a neutral, aqueous-based ecological degreasing concentrate supplied in a 5 L canister. Formulated for removing oils, greases, lubricants, and workshop residues, it delivers powerful cleaning while protecting sensitive surfaces. With a pH of 9.0–9.5, its low-foaming, biodegradable formula ensures optimal performance in ultrasonic cleaners for professional and industrial use.
Removes Impurities Such As:
- Greases and oils of all kinds
- Cooling lubricants, drilling, cutting and hydraulic oils
- Engine and corrosion protection oils, native greases, lubricant residues
- Chips, dust, and industrial soiling
Safe to Use On:
Aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, cast iron, glass, ceramics, plastics (PE/PP, PVC), and lacquered surfaces.
Dosage
- Standard cleaning: dilute to 2% (20 mL per 1 L water; 1 L per 50 L water).
- Heavy contamination: increase up to 5%.
- Working temperature: 40–75 °C.
- Replace bath when dirty and rinse items with clean water after ultrasonic cleaning.

Cleaning Process Description
Fill the ultrasonic tank with distilled water and add the correct dosage of AS-METALECO. Submerge items fully in solution. Heat to the required temperature and activate ultrasonics. After cleaning, let bath cool, carefully remove items, and rinse thoroughly. Replace solution when dirty.
