PCB & Electronics Ultrasonic Cleaner — 4% Dilution

ASONIC AS-PCB is a professional ultrasonic cleaning concentrate developed specifically for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. It effectively removes flux residues, oxidation, dirt, grease, and deposits from water damage without damaging delicate metals or coatings. The low-foaming, cavitation-optimized formula ensures safe and uniform cleaning in all types of ultrasonic cleaning machines.

Key Benefits

  • Electronics safe – Removes flux and soldering residues without causing corrosion.
  • Versatile performance – Cleans oxidation, dirt, and water-damage residues efficiently.
  • Gentle on materials – Safe for brass, copper, aluminum, and sensitive metals.
  • Ultrasonic optimized – Low-foaming chemistry ensures stable bath conditions and reliable cavitation.

How to Use (4% Dilution)

  • Standard mix: Add 4% concentrate to tap water.
    • Example 1: For 1 L of water, add 40 mL of AS-PCB.
    • Example 2: For 25 L of water, add 1 L of AS-PCB.
  • Temperature: Recommended 50–60 °C.
  • Cycle time: 5–20 minutes, depending on contamination level.
  • Rinsing: After cleaning, rinse PCBs thoroughly with tap water and then with deionized water for best results. Protect components after drying.

Typical Applications

  • Electronics repair: removes flux residues after soldering.
  • Water-damaged PCBs: cleans corrosion and deposits safely.
  • Industrial electronics: ideal for delicate circuit boards and assemblies.

SOMETHING ABOUT US

Interesting Facts

Ultrasonic cleaning is a fascinating process that uses sound waves and millions of microscopic bubbles to reach places brushes or cloths can’t. It’s powerful enough to remove stubborn dirt and grease, yet gentle on delicate items like jewelry, lenses, and instruments. This eco-friendly method reduces the need for harsh chemicals, saves time, and is up to 16 times more effective than traditional cleaning – making it a trusted solution across many industries.
