Warranty Claim Form

To help us process your warranty claim as quickly as possible and provide you with the best possible solution, please complete the form below as accurately as you can and provide as much information as possible about the current condition of the unit.

Before completing the form, please check the following:

• Is the unit connected to a working power outlet? (If possible, please test it with another outlet.)
• Is the rear ON/OFF switch turned on?
• Is the ultrasonic function working? Turn on the ultrasonic function and check whether you can hear or detect the ultrasonic operation.
• Is the heating function working? Fill the tank with liquid, switch on the heater, and carefully check with your hand whether the bottom of the tank is warming up.
• Are numbers displayed on the screen?
• Does the unit produce any unusual smell when switched on?
